My "X" Hometown (Individual)

TASK:

Students were required to make a pamphlet about their hometown in which they had to recall, study or revisit their hometown to visualise the environment, built components, social and culture through tangible and intangible components. A specific area of the hometown needed to be chosen and studied in detail.Firstly, the background and history of township, significant components and accessibility to the township had  to be studied. Students needed to draw the map of township as reference.Secondly, the built components were needed to be elaborated in the selected area of township. The favourite part of students had to be identified too.As a conclusion, ideas of improvement had to be suggested based on the related issues.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT :

-An A4 size with an appropriate thickness fold out pamphlet (maximum 10 pages) you are not allowed use loose A4 cartridge/printing paper.

- Give a title to your township 

- Front Cover -provide your own illustration of your township with the title and Back Cover - your name, id, batch, module and photo​.

 The pamphlet should contain:

-SELECTED TOWNSHIP/CITY -Student need to include key plan, location plan (at least an A4 size info-graphic map ) and site plan (at least an A4 size info-graphic map) of your township to be part of the introduction (not to scale). You are to include items below:

          =Background and history of your township

          = Significant component/elements or landmark of your township

          =Main accessibility to your township

-ZOOM IN AREA IN TOWNSHIP/CITY- From the chosen area/areas in your township, illustrate through infographic plan/perspective/section which are relevant and elaborate the tangible and intangible components. 

-FAVOURITE/ SENTIMENTAL COMPONENT 

-CONCLUSION
