Miniature Shelter in Nature (Group)

TASK :

-As a group, you are to extend your knowledge through research and to choose 1(one) or a combination of 2(two) of the earth components below as your main natural setting of site: -Atmosphere    -Hydrosphere    -Geosphere    -Biosphere 

​

-From the chosen natural setting above, you are to find a main suitable site, (approx. 2500mm x 2500mm size) and within the chosen main site, you need to select a shelter site (approx. 500-1000mm x 500-1000mm). The miniature shelter shall be in the shelter site. You are required to do a site study including site survey, site inventory and site analysis upon the selected site.  
 

-At the same time, each group will be assigned to an animal lego character and concurrently while conducting the site selection and study, each group need to study and consider the needs/essentials of the character in terms of its nature and adaptation. Explanation and justification are required upon interrelation of character and selection site. (You will need to consider the nature of the assigned animal prior to the selection of site) 

 

-My group have to built a shelter for Judy Hopps

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT:

​

-The miniature shelter should be constructed on site during the trip at Janda Baik. 

​

-Give a title to the shelter according to the character. Ex Leo’s sanctuary, Leo’s Green Retreat shelter etc

​

-Your content should include introduction, the info about the selected site (earth components), the character and their background (nature of the character), location plan, site plan and shelter site plan, site study, the process towards placement of shelter (strategies), perspective view of shelter’s implementation, related sketches and etc.

​

-Some images and text can be printed however the board should not be totally digitally printed.  

​

-The presentation boards are 4-6 panels, all A2 size portraits/landscape orientation.  

​

-Group verbal presentation should not exceed 10 minutes.
